(Open) Feldbahn type - observatory carriage, WSV-built in 1995 (3002) and 1996 (3001) using industrial railway underframes of former GDR design. Sun screen (polyethylene foil), no heating. Each carriage seats 16 and 1 guard. Out of traffic since 1997.

ex-Lokalbahn Wien-Baden AG. After successful rebuilding and regauging from 4' 8 1/2' to 2' 6" of carriage 3348 in 2001/2002, tests will be carried out during the 2002 operating season. The decision to rebuild the remaining carriages has been taken in 2003, but depends on the acquisition of funds.
The interior is made up from wooden benches with tables between facing seats similar to No. 3890, although there are only 1+2 seats in a row. Seating capacity 32, no lavatory, 11,0m length. Coal heating.
